Mohab Sawali is Assistant Professor of Criminal Law in the Faculty of Law at Al-Azhar University in Gaza and a member of the Legal Affairs Committee. He has been a Palestinian lawyer for 10 years and a member of the editorial board of the Palestinian Bar Association magazine. He obtained a doctorate degree with a very good grade from Ain Shams University, and his publications include “Taking an Oath as an Element in the Crime of Perjury” in The Islamic University Journal; “Testimony Before the Judiciary as an Element in the Crime of Perjury" in the Arab Journal of Science and Research Publishing; and “The Authenticity of Testimony in Evidence Before a Criminal Judge.”
